CS-7 SERIES:

COMPACT, HIGH CAPACITY TYPE (CS-7)
Despite its small size, the CS-7 is highly efficient and has contact cycling capacity equal to a larger type thermostat. Quicker bimetal action of the CS-7 reduces age deterioration and its smaller size permits faster thermal response. The CS-7 is reliable, versatile and can be used in a variety of applications.

Waterproof, dustproof type

The CS-7 is also available hermetically sealed in vinyl. Typical uses include refrigerators, freezers and freeze protection equipment.

HIGH CURRENT TYPE (CS-7C)
This type has diversified uses such as ceramic heaters, lamps, motors, etc. (especially when high inrush current is expected.)

ONE-SHOT TYPE (B-2)
A one-shot thermostat is used to prevent excessive temperature rise. This bimetal disc type thermostat is highly reliable and can replace the less reliable high capacity temperature fuse.

SPECIFICATION

Electrical Rating CS-7: AC 125/250V 15/7.5A resistive load
CS-7c: AC125/250V 20/10A resistive load
B-2: AC125/250V 25A resistive load
Operating Temperature CS-7: -20°C ~ 150°C
CS-7c: -20°C~150°C

CS-1 SERIES:

HIGH CURRENT CAPACITY
Wako's large, high-capacity series consists of two models, the CS-1 and CS-10. These devices are designed to carry current in the range of 25 to 30A at 250V AC. For prevention of excessive temperature rise in a high current appliance, the CS-1 and CS-10 work well alone or many customers use in conjunction with the CR-1 or CR-10 manual reset thermostats.
These devices have a wide range of uses including domestic and industrial.

SPECIFICATION

Electrical Rating CS-1: AC 125/250V 25A resistive load
CS-10: AC125/250V 30A resistive load
Operating Temperature -20°C~150°C
Differential Minimum 10°C, Normally 15°C~25°C
Tolerance More than ±3°C (±5° standard)
Dielectric Strength AC1,500V for 1 minute
Insulation Resistance More than 100MOhm (at DC 500V)
Contact Resistance Less than 50mOhm
Heat Resistance 150°C

CS-11 SERIES:

4 POLE TYPE (CS-11)
The thermostat base contains 4 posts to allow faster mounting.

HEAT-RESISTANT TYPE
Widely used by coffee maker manufacturers overseas, this thermostat is accepted by a number of regulatory agencies.

SOLDERLESS TYPE
An improved type of CS-7, which permits solderless connection.

SMALL TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL TYPE
Minimum temperature differential is as small as 8°C.

CR-1 SERIES:

HIGH CURRENT MANUAL RESET TYPE
These thermostats can be used with current as high as 30 A at 250V AC. This capacity is enough to protect even large appliances from overheating. This large reset type thermostat, once tripped, cannot be reset automatically at room temperature. To reset (after checking the system to determine and repair the cause of overheating), press the reset button. These thermostats are widely used for temperature protectors in domestic and industrial applications.
